Iryna D’yakonova, member of editorial board of “SocioEconomic Challenges (SEC)” and Taras Savchenko, member of editorial board of “Financial Markets, Institutions and Risks” took part in the work of the international conference in Poland

An international conference “International cooperation of universities in the field of lifelong learning” was held in Poznan (Poland) on the basis of School of Banking on April 12, 2018. Iryna D’yakonova, member of editorial board of “SocioEconomic Challenges (SEC)” and Taras Savchenko, member of editorial board of “Financial Markets, Institutions and Risks” took part at this conference.

The conference was attended by more than 20 universities from Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Georgia, Turkmenistan, Czech Republic, Romania, Turkey, Italy, Spain, Scotland, USA and Poland. The purpose of the conference was to promote cooperation between universities in organizing work on the development of the Lifelong Learning system, experience exchange, as well as creating new opportunities for the development of international projects.

The participants of the conference listened to the reports of the participants of the KIRAM project “Knowledge is power, age is irrelevant” regarding the development and implementation of training programs for people of the age group of 50+; as well as present their institutions of higher education and their opportunities for cooperation in international, educational and research projects.
