Managing Editor of the journal “Business Ethics and Leadership” Kateryna Lushchyk participated in workshop “Editorial School for Journal Editors” organized by experts from Elsevier with support of Council of Young Scientists of The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

The event took place in Warsaw in Pałac Staszica October 4-6, 2022. It was organized for representatives of Ukrainian scientific journals (Managing Editors, Editors-in-Chief and researchers). During two days, highly qualified Elsevier experts explained various cases and shared experience with participants how to improve publication activity, how internationalise the journal, what are the main responsibilities and tasks of Editorial Board members, and particularly, Editors-in-Chief, peculiarities of reviewing process and entering different databases, etc. All experts focused on ethical standards, transparency and integrity of the journal’s publishing and editorial policy.

October 6, 2022, participants had a great opportunity to meet representatives of the scientific journal “Akademia” of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

They shared their experience, demonstrated all processes from submission of articles till publication of the issue.
