Scientific Peer-Reviewed Journal – Health Economics and Management Review (HEM) was registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Certificate No. KB 24410 – 143509Р from May 04, 2020). In 2022, an agreement was concluded between Sumy State University, Ukraine and Academic Research and Publishing UG (i. G.), Germany, according to which the publisher is Academic Research and Publishing UG (i. G.), and the co-founders are Sumy State University and Academic Research and Publishing UG (i. G.). The journal is published 4 times a year (March, June, September, December) in English since 2020.

Since 2020 the НЕМ journal is open-access. All readers have access to articles immediately upon publication.
