Following the COPE principles, Editorial staff, Members of Editorial and Reviewer Boards of MMI journal constantly work on the prestige of the journal. Their main objective is to increase the efficiency of manuscript evaluating process and accept those papers that demonstrate valuable scientific topics. Thus, while accepting papers for submission to MMI journal, there can be cases of rejection of some articles submitted. Articles must clearly correspond to key topics and specialization of the MMI journal. Besides, great attention is paid to the language of the article (English): it should be professional, proof-read and comply with format standards. In case of weak and nonprofessional language, authors receive the rejection.
The acceptance rate is the ratio of the number of manuscripts accepted to the journal compared with the number of articles submitted in one year. It is about 27-30%.
