Sumy State University (Ukraine) and Academic Research and Publishing UG (i. G.) (Germany) are the co-founders of “Marketing and Management of Innovations” Journal. Academic Research and Publishing UG (i. G.) is a publisher of “Marketing and Management of Innovations” Journal. In order to coordinate the activities of the Journal the co-founders form the Board of co-founders consisting of six people. The Board of co-founders consists of authorized representatives of the co-founders of the Journal (three from each of the co-founders) which responsible for:
- approving the Journal’s functioning and developing policies;
- listening reports of the Editors-in-Chief regarding the activities of the Journal’s editorial office, implementation of program goals and makes decisions on these issues;
- making a decision to stop publication of the Journal or to change the composition of the co-founders;
- appointing the Editors-in-Chief of the Journal, who in turn form the Editorial Board of the Journal;
- considering any other issues related to the activities of the Journal.
The Board of co-founders meets as necessary, but at least once a year. A meeting of the Board of co-founders is valid if at least 2/3 of its members participate in it. The decision of the Board of co-founders is taken by open voting by the majority of the members of the Board participating in the meeting.
Sumy State University is responsible for:
- making proposals regarding the composition of the editorial board of the Journal and its changes;
- providing a recommendation of Journal numbers for publication at the University’s Academic Council and posts information about the Journal on the university’s website.
Academic Research and Publishing UG (i. G.) is responsible for:
- performing the function of the Journal’s editorial office;
- forming the editorial and publishing group of the Journal;
- making proposals regarding the composition of the editorial board of the Journal and its changes;
- developing and implementing the program and development strategy of the Journal, approved by the Board of Co-Founders;
- caring out general control over compliance with the procedure for publishing the Journal and the principles of the Journal’s editorial board;
- organizing work to improve the scientific level of the Journal and its inclusion in scientometric and reference databases;
- financing the costs of hosting the Journal’s website;
- ensuring the production, financial, material and technical activities of the Journal, in particular: prepares the layout, cover, carries out stylistic, orthographic and artistic editing of the Journal’s materials;
- providing funding for the costs of printing and distributing the Journal;
- organizing and ensures the activities of the editorial and publishing group of the Journal;
- organizing and ensures distribution of the Journal, including mandatory mailing of printed and electronic versions of issues of the Journal;
- providing funding for the costs of registration and use of digital object identifier (DOI).
