Abstract

The major condition of efficiency of realization of innovative projects and programs is their financial maintenance. In article the analysis of use of various sources of financing and the state preferences is carried out by working out and realization of innovative projects and programs. Assumptions on formation of uniform system of financial maintenance of innovative development of economy of Belarus are stated.
