Abstract

The article is dedicated to the economic essence of the budget regulation and to its main forms. The authors of the article analyzed the existing forms and proposed methodological approach to the management of intergovernmental transfers based on the level of financial resources generated in the area per capita and the level of its budgetary provisions.
