Розширена анотація українською мовою

Актуальність вирішення даної наукової проблеми полягає в тому, що з точки зору теорії стейкхолдерів, основною метою функціонування будь-якої організації, включаючи заклади вищої освіти, є задоволення потреб усіх зацікавлених сторін. Якщо заклад вищої освіти не орієнтується у своїй діяльності на інтереси зацікавлених сторін чи не збалансовує їх інтереси, віддаючи перевагу певним групам, це негативно впливає на якість освітньої діяльності в них, та, в довгостроковій перспективі, значно знижуватиме їх конкурентоспроможність на ринку освітніх послуг. Зважаючи на зазначене, кожен заклад вищої освіти має здійснювати ефективне управління взаємовідносинами зі стейкхолдерами, що передбачає, насамперед, виявлення найважливіших груп зацікавлених сторін, що мають прямий та непрямий вплив на їх діяльність та досягнення стратегічних цілей. Основною метою проведеного дослідження є уточнення сутності поняття «стейкхолдер» з урахуванням специфіки діяльності закладів вищої освіти та ідентифікація складу їх стейкхолдерів, що є основою для подальшого аналізу та розробки стратегії взаємодії з ними. Систематизація літературних джерел та підходів до вирішення даної проблеми засвідчила, що наявні моделі та методи ідентифікації та класифікації зацікавлених сторін вищої освіти базуються лише на деяких агрегованих характеристиках. В результаті проведеного аналізу автори запропонували поглиблення стратифікації стейкхолдерів закладів вищої освіти за такими класифікаційними критеріями, як: розташування; рівень відповідальності; рівень впливу на прийняття рішень щодо діяльності закладу вищої освіти; форма прояву впливу на його діяльність; масштаб впливу; характеристики фінансових взаємовідносин; ступінь залучення; потенціал для співпраці та рівень можливих загроз; вид інтересів / участі в діяльності закладу вищої освіти; тип інтересів; атрибути стейкхолдерів: влада, легітимність (законність) та терміновість вимог; рівень значущості, визначений на основі комбінації атрибутів стейкхолдерів. За результатами дослідження, розроблено модель для відбору та гармонізації інтересів стейкхолдерів, що включає наступні компоненти: аналіз та відбір основних груп стейкхолдерів, що мають найбільш значущий вплив на діяльність закладів вищої освіти; виявлення та узгодження інтересів та потреб цих стейкхолдерів; прийняття управлінських рішень з урахуванням інтересів та потреб груп стейкхолдерів.
