Розширена анотація українською мовою
В статті розглянуто питання систематизації основних методів дослідження громадської думки населення незалежно від рівня економічного, політичного та соціального розвитку країни. Актуальність даного дослідження полягає в наявності широкого спектру методів оцінки громадської думки, достовірність яких залежить як від професійних якостей інтерв’юера (анкетера), так і від об’єкта дослідження. Основною метою проведеного дослідження є аналіз теоретичних та практичних основ узагальнення громадської думки та її використання при визначенні ключових засад формування державної політики спрямованої на вирішення соціальних, економічних та екологічних проблем громадськості. Методичним інструментарієм проведеного дослідження є аналіз вторинних джерел даних, що базуються на навчальному матеріалі автора, епістемології дослідження громадської думки, а також результатах проведеного опитування. Дослідження теоретично доводить, що ефективність результатів опитування громадської думки має експоненційний ріст, а правдивість, достовірність та обґрунтованість отриманих даних залежить від розміру вибірки, рівня освіти респондента, географічного положення та культури дослідника. В той же час, результати підтверджують що підвищення достовірності отриманих результатів можливе лише за рахунок поєднання результатів опитування громадської думки з емпіричними оцінками досліджуваної проблеми. Результати дослідження можуть бути корисними для студентів, науковців, соціологів, що проводять дослідження громадської думки з метою обрання певного політичного курсу, представників органів державної влади з точки зору розуміння якості та характеру сприйняття населенням існуючої політики в державі, визначення найбільш важливих проблем в суспільстві та розробці першочергових заходів їх вирішення.
