Розширена анотація українською мовою

Ця стаття присвячена дослідженню впливу навчання в галузі охорони здоров’я на розвиток етичного лідерства в США. Метою є дослідження зв’язку між якістю роботи персоналу по догляду за пацієнтами з частотою та/або тривалістю щорічних курсів підвищення кваліфікації щодо безпечного поводження з пацієнтами та їх мобільності серед медичного персоналу США. Дослідження виконано в наступній послідовності: перший розділ присвячений аналізу передумов формування проблеми, обґрунтуванню актуальності та необхідності даного дослідження. Другий розділ містить аналіз теоретичних основ та теорій, що визначають показники в рамках досліджуваної проблеми. Третій розділ містить поглиблене обговорення різних факторів, пов’язаних із формуванням проблеми дослідження, аналіз статистичних даних, змінних, методологій дослідження. Четвертий розділ узагальнює попередні три розділи, обґрунтовуючи десять стратегічних моментів, що складають основу дослідження. Дослідження базується на критичному огляді та систематизації літературних джерел та підходів до визначення сучасних тенденцій у навчанні в галузі охорони здоров’я в США. За результатами дослідження зроблено висновок про недостатній рівень дослідженості питання зв’язку між постійною системою підвищення кваліфікації та якістю догляду за пацієнтами. Це вимагає оцінювання етики лідерства в галузі охорони здоров’я та стратегій, які використовуються для визначення способів фінансування та проведення постійних навчальних курсів підвищення кваліфікації для медичних працівників. Проведене дослідження засвідчило відсутність комплексних досліджень, присвячених особливостям впровадження протоколів охорони здоров’я, які впливають на ефективність програм підвищення кваліфікації працівників. Результати дослідження можуть бути корисними для будь-якого бізнесу в усьому світі з точки зору прийняття та вдосконалення управлінських рішень.
