В умовах динамічних змін соціально-економічного середовища країни соціальне підприємництво відіграє важливу роль на ринку праці, оскільки полягає в створенні нових робочих місць, сприяє поліпшенню економічного та соціального становища вразливих груп у суспільстві та стимулює економічний розвиток країни. Фінансова криза 2008 року та сучасна криза системи охорони здоров’я, що спричинили значну фінансову кризу та мали специфічні соціальні наслідки в кожній країні-члені ЄС, є головними причинами, що призвели до зниження темпів зближення ринків праці окремих країн Європейського Союзу. Безробіття здійснює суттєвий вплив на населення, що постраждало від бідності та людей, що знаходяться в неблагополучному середовищі. Метою статті є аналіз напрямків впливу соціального підприємництва на рівень безробіття шляхом досягнення цілей, визначених Стратегією «Європа 2020», створення стійкої та інклюзивної соціальної ринкової економіки та поліпшення соціальної згуртованості населення. Методологічним інструментарієм дослідження став кількісний метод аналізу даних, що заснований на систематизації результатів публікацій у міжнародних журналах, статистичних звітах та електронних базах даних. У статті доведено, що послідовний, систематичний та стійкий підхід до соціального підприємництва є необхідною складовою економічних трансформацій на європейському рівні. Невідповідність умов функціонування приватних та/або державних підприємств існуючим потребам громад зумовлюють потребу в застосуванні інноваційного інструментарію вирішення сучасних економічних, соціальних та екологічних проблем. За результатами дослідження зроблено висновок про те, що соціальне підприємництво – це складний процес, при якому ефективно використовуються ресурси, накопичуються нові навички, компетенції та знання, які з часом перетворюються на соціальні та економічні інновації. Це здійснює позитивний вплив на продуктивність праці, сприяє створенню висококваліфікованих робочих місць та максимізації можливостей до позитивних соціальних змін в країні.
