У сучасних світових умовах, що характеризуються нестабільністю, невизначеністю, складністю та неоднозначністю (VUCA), виникає потреба у використанні іншої моделі для організаційного проектування. Застосування горизонтальної інтеграції, яка сприяє розширенню прав та можливостей населення, може розглядатися як найбільш ефективний та швидкий спосіб реагування на виклики нового середовища. У світі, що розвивається відповідно до принципу плановості велике значення має організаційна структура в основі якої лежить вертикальна (зверху вниз) ієрархія взаємовідносин між керівниками та менеджерами. Проведений аналіз засвідчив, що гнучкі методи управління є ключовим інструментом підготовки організації до майбутніх викликів конкурентного середовища. В той же час, малодослідженими залишаються питання щодо того, яким чином організація може оцінити власний гнучкий статус-кво. Мета дослідження полягає у визначеного того, чи можуть гнучкі пов’язані конструкції або критерії особистісної оцінки бути визначені через систему індивідуального конструювання співробітників та керівників шляхом проведення репертуарного сіткового дослідження в організації. Методологічним інструментарієм дослідження є метод психології особистого конструкту використання якого дозволяє отримати неупереджений погляд на корпоративну культуру. Систематизація та аналіз результатів останніх емпіричних та практичних досліджень дозволили здійснити фільтрацію найбільш відповідних практик та факторів, що визначають організаційну гнучкість. На основі порівняння результатів емпіричних досліджень з базою даних, отриманою в результаті проведеного на малих та середніх підприємствах 61 репертуарного інтерв’ю, було зроблено висновок про те, що теорія індивідуального конструювання є найбільш підходящим інструментарієм оцінювання рівня гнучкості організації. Методологічним інструментарієм візуалізації даних є програмне забезпечення репертуарної сітки, що було проведено за допомогою Генералізованого аналізу прокрустів (GPA). Застосування даної методології дозволяє провести тривимірну візуалізацію гнучких критеріїв оцінювання отриманих за результатами співбесід. Результати дослідження показали, що порівняння просторових відстаней між кластерами конструкцій та її елементами дозволяє досліднику оцінити чи використовувала організація гнучкі методи управління та чи може вона в подальшому більш швидко та гнучко реагувати на зовнішні фактори.
