Макроекономічні індикатори: грошова маса, інфляція, обмінний курс, торгівельний баланс, показники промислового виробництва, лежать в основі оцінювання процесів зростання та розвитку країни. Особливості функціонування біржового ринку також відіграють важливу роль при аналізі розвитку країни. Розкриття основної мети дослідження передбачає вивчення взаємозв’язку між макроекономічними індикаторами та біржовими цінами на Дакській фондовій біржі (DSE) в Бангладеш. Методичне забезпечення роботи включає статистичні методи (тест на причинність Грейнджера та тест Діккі Фуллера), які дозволяють визначити причинно-наслідковий зв’язок між макроекономічними показниками та цінами на фондовій біржі Бангладешу. Емпіричні оцінки проведеного дослідження засвідчили відсутність причино-наслідкового зв’язку між макроекономічними показниками (грошовою масою, індексом промислового виробництва, обмінним курсом, інфляцією та торгівельним балансом) та біржовими цінами у вигляді загального індексу всіх акцій на Дакській фондовій біржі. Отримані результати означають, що макроекономічні оцінки не можуть бути використані для прогнозування цін на біржах в Бангладеш. У дослідженні постулюється, що результати біржової діяльності також не відображають особливості макроекономічного руху в країні. Автором обґрунтовано рекомендації для органів регуляторної політики в частині формування комплексу заходів щодо забезпечення позивної кореляції макроекономічних індикаторів розвитку країни з цінами на біржовому ринку. В роботі констатовано, що результати проведеного дослідження дозволять уряду країни вжити активних заходів щодо: подолання в перспективі тиску міжнародної торгівлі, коригування відповідної моніторингової та фіскальної політики, зменшення будь-якого можливого негативного впливу на економіку країни в контексті її подальшого розвитку.
