Дана стаття присвячена дослідженню теоретико-методологічному базису та еволюції сутнісної природи показників фінансової діяльності компанії. Так, поняття «продуктивність» є одним з найбільш широко використовуваних економічних термінів як в академічній, так і в професійній лексиці. Продуктивність або ефективність є багатозначним терміном. Це дослідження спрямоване на дослідження сутності продуктивності та аналіз значень цього поняття в еволюційному вимірі. Стаття побудована в наступній логічній послідовності: проведено ґрунтовний літературний аналіз щодо мультифункціональної природи продуктивності або ефективності, висвітлені фінансові та не фінансові індикатори оцінки продуктивності, обґрунтовані зв’язки компліментарності між фінансовими та не фінансовими індикаторами оцінки; досліджено особливості корпоративної соціальної відповідальності як важеля індикаторів продуктивності не фінансового характеру; визначено специфіку переходу та реалізації продуктивності у вигляді індикаторів корпоративної соціальної відповідальності до концепції корпоративної соціальної діяльності; досліджено перехід від корпоративної соціальної діяльності до індикаторів сталого розвитку. У даній статті розглянуто тривимірні аспекти індикаторів продуктивності: від фінансових до глобальних та сталих показників. Теоретико-методологічною базою для проведення дослідження стали статті та книги з посиланнями в базах даних Scopus, Cairn, Electre та Google Scholar. Об’єктом дослідження виступили наукові праці за період з 1960 по 2020 роки в контексті аналізу визначення продуктивності та її зв’язку з корпоративною соціальною відповідальністю, корпоративною соціальною діяльністю та індикаторами сталого розвитку. За результатами проведеного дослідження в статті синтезовані в хронологічному, логічному та еволюційному порядку ключові аспекти зазначеної проблематики.
