Стаття узагальнює аргументи та контраргументи в межах наукової дискусії з питань культури, релігії та географії, а також проживання корінного населення. В останні роки у Непалі серед корінного населення виник розбрат, головним чином, через політичну нестабільність, а також кризу ідентичності. На практиці більшість громадян за винятком радикальних мусульман і християн, поважали або поклонялися однаковим божествам. Соціальна гармонія також була підкріплена взаємозалежністю народів, що живуть у різних географічних областях Непалу, виживання яких залежало від міжгрупового співробітництва. Проте дані відносини повільно руйнуються, як частина процесу соціальної трансформації, орієнтованої на розвиток ідентичності корінного населення, що позитивно впливає на їхній добробут. Основною метою проведеного дослідження є вивчення гармонійних відносин між різними мовами і релігіями в Непалі, а також їх впливу на проживання населення на цій території. Систематизація літературних джерел засвідчила, що між різними релігійними, етнічними та корінними громадами створюються соціо-культурні дисбаланси та посилюються прояви трансформації соціальної структури в суспільстві. Актуальність вирішення даної наукової проблеми полягала в проведенні соціальної стратифікації. Методичний інструментарій проведеного дослідження базувався на вторинних джерелах і особистих спостереженнях, які тривали близько п’яти років. Об’єктом дослідження обрано Непал, оскільки там говорять 125 мовами і переважає індуїзм, однак буддизм, іслам, християнство та інші релігії гармонійно співіснують. У статті представлено результати емпіричного аналізу, що засвідчують наявність позитивного впливу директив державної політики на здобуття нових знань про життя корінних народів та соціального добробуту корінного населення. Дослідження емпірично підтверджує та теоретично доводить, що на сьогодні в Непалі відбуваються соціальні та культурні перетворення, проте швидкість їх проведення є достатньо низькою. Результати дослідження можуть бути корисними як для соціо-культурних дослідників, так і для політиків та інших зацікавлених осіб, які бажають ознайомитися із особливостями соціальної інтеграції в Непалі.
