Розширена анотація українською мовою
Протягом останніх десятиліть в умовах посилення конкуренції на ринку розробка нової продукції залишається одним із механізмів розвитку малих та середніх підприємств. На думку автора, мале та середнє підприємництво є двигунами економічного зростання, особливо в країнах, що розвиваються, й відповідно забезпечення динамічного їх розвитку передбачає вкладення коштів в інноваційні проекти, удосконалення процесу виробництва продукції задля забезпечення відповідності міжнародним стандартам. Основною метою статті є оцінювання факторів впливу на стан впровадження віртуальних науково-дослідних та дослідницьких робіт малими та середніми підприємствами в Ірані, що спеціалізуються на виготовленні керамічної плитки. На сьогодні вкрай важливим є формування та розширення систем досліджень та розробок з метою створення нової продукції.. Методичним інструментарієм проведеного дослідження стали методи анкетування, інтерв’ю, а також структурне моделювання. У межах дослідження автором запропоновано перевірити вплив трьох ключових факторів (технології, знання людей, а також структуру процесів у віртуальних командах) на реалізацію віртуальних науково-дослідних робіт. У результаті проведеного анкетного опитування отримано 114 анкет. У процесі дослідження для перевірки точності результатів використовувались тести програмного забезпечення SPSS та AMOS. Для вирішення поставленої мети автором сформовано дослідницьку стратегію, тобто розробка опитувально-кореляційної анкети. Практичні результати цього дослідження показали, що у віртуальних командах технологічна структура не впливає безпосередньо на реалізацію віртуальних досліджень та розробок, тоді як знання людей та структура процесу можуть мати прямий вплив на впровадження віртуальних досліджень та розробок. Крім цього, автором статті розглянуто основні виклики та проблеми, з якими стикаються іранські компанії із виробництва плитки та кераміки. Результати досліджень можуть бути корисними для представників корпоративного сектора, галузевих організацій, а також науковців, сфера досліджень яких стосується даної проблематики.
