Розширена анотація українською мовою

Бідність, високий рівень незахищеності, соціальна маргіналізація та правопорушення є безпосередніми наслідками відсутності роботи серед працездатних осіб. Рівень безробіття серед молоді й дорослого населення в Нігерії є доволі високим та постійно зростає, незважаючи на наявність усіх основних економічних ресурсів та державних програм стимулювання зайнятості. Органи публічної влади на різних рівнях прийняли численні заходи для зниження рівня безробіття та бідності. Таким чином, це дослідження намагається зосередитися головним чином на розвитку людського капіталу та державно-приватному партнерстві як інтсрументу для зниження рівня безробіття та бідності в Нігерії та Африці загалом. Для досягнення своєї мети в роботі використовується вторинний метод збору даних та документальний метод аналізу. Аналіз численних літературних джерел довів, що відповідальне урядування – це вид державного управління, що передбачає високий ступінь залучення держави до вирішення життєвоважливих проблем громадян (безробіття та бідність), за рахунок інвестування фінансових ресурсів у людський капітал. Дані заходи дозволяють підвищити рівень навичок та вмінь громадян країни, що слугуватиме драйвером до економічного розвитку. У роботі проаналізовано роль державно-приватного партнерства для створення нових робочих місць, підвищення рівня добробуту громадян та подолання бідності серед населення. У роботі обґрунтовано, щоб економіка зростала швидкими темпами, державно-приватне партнерство має зосереджуватися на забезпеченні та утриманні основних інфраструктурних об’єктів, таких як функціональні професійні навчальні заклади, якісна освіта та сприятливі умови для легкого ведення бізнесу приватного сектора.
